What guests loved:
Excellent location right between train station and Piazza Maggiore, and in the main street, Via dell'I Indipendenza. Classy bar with a lounge atmosphere and soft music + very good negroni. Super spac...
Areas for improvement:
Mattress and pillows too soft. Can make sleeping a bit challenging if you're used to firmer mattresses. Room temperature too hot (December) so had to sleep with open window (without insect screen)

The staff was wonderful. Location is great for shopping.

The hallway was a bit worn, but the room was nice with a large bathroom.
